Feedback can be given via the anonymous questionnaire on this web site, the Patient Questionnaire available in reception or alternatively by contacting the practice by telephone, email or post.
If you have a complaint or any concerns you can contact us by any of the above methods. The practice has a formal complaints procedure and the practice manager or the practice principal handle all complaints and will carry out a comprehensive investigation involving the treating dentist and involved staff. If you do not want to complain to the practice, you can raise matters directly with the GDC, 37 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 8DQ, who will liase on your behalf. Patients views are welcome and patients who complain will not be discriminated against.
