Find Our Surgery

We’re conveniently located just off the roundabout in the centre of Mere Green near Sutton Coldfield. Our surgery is situated opposite the Mere Green Post office and adjacent to HSBC bank.

From the town centre follow the A5127 (Brassington Avenue) ring-road, taking the left turn up the hill onto Mill Street. At the small roundabout, continue onto the High Street – The High Street passes Sutton College to the right and the Police station to the left as the road becomes Lichfield Road (A5127). At the roundabout with Four Oaks church opposite, take the right fork alongside the train station (Sign-posted Lichfield) and continue for 0.6 miles to the roundabout in the centre of Mere Green. Crossing straight over the roundabout turn immediately left after the pedestrian crossing and proceed to the car park behind the surgery.

Follow the Birmingham Road (A5127) south from the City centre for 0.3 metres before turning left onto Upper Saint John Street. After 0.5 miles, bear right onto the A5206 London Road. At the roundabout take the third exit and continue onto the A5148. At the two conjoined roundabouts take the second exit, then again the second exit – sign posted ‘Sutton Coldfield’ – Then straight over the small roundabout through Shenstone. Follow the A5127 for 2.5 miles then cross straight over the small roundabout near to the radio mast following the signpost for ‘Sutton Coldfield’. After 1.4 miles as you approach the Mere Green roundabout, turn right into the surgery car park just before the Zebra crossing and proceed to our patient parking behind the surgery.

Patient Complaints

If you have a complaint or any concerns you can contact us by any of the above methods. The practice has a formal complaints procedure and the practice manager or the practice principal handle all complaints and will carry out a comprehensive investigation involving the treating dentist and involved staff. If you do not want to complain to the practice, you can raise matters directly with the GDC, 37 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 8DQ, who will liase on your behalf. Patients views are welcome and patients who complain will not be discriminated against.
